  • Peeled Garlic we can supply all year round,the fresh season is from June to the last ten-day of August,and the cold storage season is from September to next May.The procedure of producing the peeled garlic:(1)Take the raw material from the factory;(2)Peel the garlic either by the peeling machine or by hand(since the scrap rate by machine is too high,we usually peel the garlic by hand);(3)Classify the peeled garlic by its damage grade,and keep the grade A goods and sell the slightly damaged goods to the domestic market;(4)Disinfect the grade A goods;(5)Float the residual skin with the clean water;(6)Reclassify the goods according to its damage rate;(7)Put the peeled garlic in the cold stoarge;(8)Vacuum pack the peeled garlic in a refrigerated state;(9)Put the vacuumed plastic bag in the cartons.So according these producing part,we can promise the quality of our peeled garlic is good.
